Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, Bisquick mix, and shredded cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add the chopped onion, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture into the zucchini mixture and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased pie dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the center.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
