- 4 medium zucchinis
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 slices turkey bacon

Instructions
- Chop the zucchini, onion, and garlic.
- In a pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- Add the onion and garlic to the pot, sauté until soft.
- Add the zucchini and vegetable broth, bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 15 minutes, then blend until smooth.
- Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, topped with crispy turkey bacon.

- For a vegan option, omit the heavy cream and turkey bacon.
