Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.

- Stir in diced zucchini and tomatoes, cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and add dried basil and oregano; bring to a simmer.
- Let simmer for 20-30 minutes to let flavors meld.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
