- 1 package Ritz crackers
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange half of the Ritz crackers on a baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Spread a layer of melted chocolate on each cracker.
- Add mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate.
- Top with another Ritz cracker to make a sandwich.
- Bake for about 5 minutes, or until the marshmallows are slightly toasted.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can sprinkle some sea salt on top before baking.
- Feel free to add more chocolate or marshmallows according to your taste.
