Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough over to create a pocket and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Place the pies in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
