  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs, almond extract, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with batter.
  7. Press a few raspberries into the center of each cupcake batter.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before serving.
