Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing the sweet bell peppers and onions. Chop them finely and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, combine vinegar, sugar, salt, and spices. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Add the chopped peppers and onions to the pot. Stir well and return to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once done, pour the relish into sterilized jars and seal immediately.
  6. Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate or store in a cool place.
