- 6 cups diced apples
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced apples, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir until well mixed.
- Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and gently fold into the apple mixture.
- Pour the apple and biscuit mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract to the apple mixture.
- Can substitute with pears for a different fruit variation.
