Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix well. Stir in vanilla and sour cream.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped apples and cinnamon. Pour the batter into the prepared dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, oats, flour, and melted butter to make the crumb topping. Sprinkle it over the batter.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
