  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 package flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and brown sugar. Stir in the cinnamon.
  3. Remove from heat and add apple slices, mixing until well coated.
  4. Place a portion of the apple mixture onto a tortilla, sprinkle with nuts if using, and roll it up tightly.
  5. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish and pour any remaining sauce over them.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
