- 2 apples, diced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced apples, chopped celery, walnuts, turkey bacon, and raisins.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a vegan version, replace yogurt with a plant-based alternative.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
