- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 pound crab meat
- 1 medium cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocado gently with a fork until chunky.
- Add the crab meat, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
- Gently fold the ingredients together until well combined.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- This salad can be served on its own or with crackers.
- For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños.
