- 4 large potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and poke holes in the potatoes. Bake for about 45 minutes or until tender.
- While potatoes are baking, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble.
- Once the potatoes are done, let them cool slightly, then slice them open.
- Scoop out some potato flesh and mix with cheese, sour cream, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in the crumbled turkey bacon and diced chicken ham.
- Stuff the potato skins with the mixture and top with extra cheese.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

- For added flavor, consider topping with chives or green onions.
