  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 package (5.1 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup extra whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the milk and instant pudding mix until thickened. Pour over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Layer the sliced bananas over the pudding and top with additional whipped cream.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer taste, use ripe bananas.
  • To prevent browning, add a little lemon juice to the banana slices.
