- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups milk
- 1 package (5.1 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup extra whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk and instant pudding mix until thickened. Pour over the cream cheese layer.
- Layer the sliced bananas over the pudding and top with additional whipped cream.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer taste, use ripe bananas.
- To prevent browning, add a little lemon juice to the banana slices.
