- 1 pound thinly sliced beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Lay the beef slices flat and spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly on each slice.
- Roll the beef tightly and secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the beef rolls on all sides.
- Transfer the rolls to a baking dish and pour marinara sauce over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until cooked through.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding some chopped spinach or sun-dried tomatoes to the filling.
- Let the rolls rest for a few minutes before slicing to help retain juices.
