- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- In a large saucepan, heat the marinara sauce over medium heat.
- Once the meatballs are baked, add them to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with pasta or bread.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add fresh herbs to the meat mixture.
- You can use ground turkey or chicken as a substitute for beef.
