  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, oregano, cumin, black pepper, and salt to create a marinade.
  3. Rub the marinade all over the beef shoulder and let it marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
