- 2 beef steaks
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steaks with salt and pepper, then sear in the skillet for 4-5 minutes per side for medium rare.
- Remove steaks and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir until combined, then simmer for a few minutes.
- Return the steaks to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and let cook for another minute.
- Serve warm with additional sauce on top.

- For extra flavor, marinate the steaks before cooking.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.
