Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt).
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently until just mixed (don’t overmix).
- Fold in optional ingredients like chocolate chips or nuts.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 10-15 minutes before removing from the pan. Let it cool completely on a wire rack.
- Slice and enjoy!
