- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions, drain, and cool.
- In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, and mustard.
- Add the cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, chicken ham, celery, red onion, and black pepper to the bowl and mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or peas for extra flavor.
- This salad can be made a day ahead to allow flavors to meld.
