- 3 pounds beef shoulder

- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the spice mix over the beef shoulder thoroughly.
- Sear the beef on the hot grill for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Once seared, transfer to a roasting pan, add beef broth and apple cider vinegar.
- Cover with foil and cook in the grill for 3-4 hours or until tender.
Notes
- Let the beef rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
- For extra flavor, marinate the beef shoulder overnight.
