  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Let it cool, then crumble it.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, chicken ham, pickles, lettuce, and onion.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to combine.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
