- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Let it cool, then crumble it.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, chicken ham, pickles, lettuce, and onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
- This salad can be made a day in advance for a more developed flavor.
- Feel free to add other favorite ingredients like tomatoes or cheese.
