Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, whisk flour and milk over medium heat until thickened.
  4. Add garlic powder and black pepper to the gravy.
  5. Layer biscuits in a baking dish, pour gravy, then sprinkle turkey bacon and cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
