- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped pickles
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix together ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties and cook on the griddle until browned and cooked through.
- Place a tortilla on the griddle and layer with cheese, cooked beef patties, diced tomatoes, and pickles.
- Place another tortilla on top and cook until the bottom is golden and crispy.
- Flip the quesadilla carefully and cook the other side until crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the griddle, slice into wedges, and serve with mayonnaise.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some cooked bacon slices.
- Experiment with different cheeses like pepper jack for a spicy kick.
