  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped pickles
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into patties and cook on the griddle until browned and cooked through.
  4. Place a tortilla on the griddle and layer with cheese, cooked beef patties, diced tomatoes, and pickles.
  5. Place another tortilla on top and cook until the bottom is golden and crispy.
  6. Flip the quesadilla carefully and cook the other side until crispy and the cheese is melted.
