Ingredients

- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese on one side of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle blueberries over the cream cheese.
- Drizzle honey and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
- Top with the second tortilla, cream cheese side down.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the quesadilla in the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Cut into wedges and serve warm.
Notes
- Serve with maple syrup for dipping.
- Feel free to substitute other fruits if preferred.
