  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, mix flour and salt. Add the milk mixture, melted butter, and egg. Knead until smooth.
  3. Let the dough rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
  4. Prepare the cream cheese filling by mixing softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface, spread cream cheese filling, and sprinkle blueberries on top.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
