- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- In a cast-iron skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, then pour in the batter.
- Sprinkle the blueberries and lemon zest on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Serve immediately with powdered sugar or syrup.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh blueberries.
- Serve the Dutch baby immediately as it will deflate over time.
