Instructions
- In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, light rum, sugar, vanilla extract, and lime juice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Once frozen, scoop out the Dole Whip into serving bowls.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the rum.
- Experiment with different types of alcohol, like coconut rum or vodka.
