Instructions
- In a bowl, combine yeast and warm milk, let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add yeast mixture, eggs, and melted butter, then knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough and cut into rounds, letting them rest for another 30 minutes.
- Fry donuts in hot oil until golden brown.
- Allow to cool, then fill with heavy cream and top with melted chocolate.

- Dust with powdered sugar before serving for extra sweetness.
