Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and turkey bacon.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
