Instructions

- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in batter to form pancakes.
- Before flipping, swirl in the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture.
- Cook until golden brown on both sides and serve warm.
