Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Melt the chocolate chips with the vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set, then cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- For a thicker bar, increase the amount of graham cracker crumbs.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
