- 1/4 cup coconut milk
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the young coconut meat, pineapple chunks, and fruit cocktail.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and coconut milk, and gently fold the ingredients together until well combined.
- Garnish with chopped maraschino cherries on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
