- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition until incorporated.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and swirl gently with a knife.
- Sprinkle crushed Butterfinger candy bars on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
Notes
- These bars taste best chilled.
- For a richer flavor, add more Butterfinger pieces on top.
