Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup Butterfinger candy bars, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix until well combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition until incorporated.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and swirl gently with a knife.
  7. Sprinkle crushed Butterfinger candy bars on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Let cool completely before slicing into bars.

Notes

  • These bars taste best chilled.
  • For a richer flavor, add more Butterfinger pieces on top.
