Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink.
- Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add parmesan cheese and mix until melted and well combined.
- Combine the cooked fettuccine with the sauce, mixing well. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
