- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, mashed bananas, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- If using, fold in the chopped walnuts.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For an extra twist, add chocolate chips or dried fruits to the batter.
- Make sure your bananas are very ripe for the best flavor.
