- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon sugar (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pie crusts on a floured surface and cut them into circles.
- In a bowl, mix the diced apples with cinnamon and caramel sauce.
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each circle.
- Fold the crust over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Try adding nuts for extra crunch.
- Serve with extra caramel sauce for dipping.
