- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese, and sugars until smooth.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and 1/4 cup of caramel sauce.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the cookie dough.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For an extra touch, sprinkle sea salt on top of the cookies before baking.
- These cookies can be served warm or at room temperature.
