- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham
- 2 cups mashed cauliflower
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside to cool.
- In the same skillet, add the chicken ham and cook until heated through.
- Mix the mashed cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the chicken ham in a baking dish, followed by the turkey bacon.
- Top with the mashed cauliflower and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- This dish can easily be customized with different meats or cheeses.
- For a spicier version, add some crushed red pepper flakes.
