- 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
- 3 oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
- ice for serving
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped carrots, orange segments, pineapple chunks, and water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a pitcher.
- If desired, stir in honey or agave syrup to sweeten.
- Serve over ice.
Notes
- For a thicker consistency, skip the straining step.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
