- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into muffin shapes.
- Make a small indentation in the center of each meatloaf muffin and fill with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Top each muffin with a spoonful of ketchup.
- Place in a greased muffin tray and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
