- 12 large strawberries
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries and remove the stems.
- Slice the strawberries in half and carefully scoop out a small amount of flesh, creating a cavity for the filling.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream.
- Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and fill each strawberry half.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a twist, add a drizzle of chocolate or caramel on top.
- These can be made a few hours in advance.
