  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, eggs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer half of the zucchini in a greased baking dish.
  4. Spoon half of the ricotta mixture over the zucchini.
  5. Repeat with the remaining zucchini and ricotta mixture.
  6. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
