- 4 large potatoes
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the beef and mix well.
- In a baking dish, layer the potato slices, followed by a layer of beef and a sprinkle of cheese. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
