- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender.
- In a large bowl, mix cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the steamed cauliflower and 1.5 cups of cheese to the bowl, and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add cooked bacon or sausage.
- Can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge before baking.
