Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and season with chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder.
- Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Add sliced bell pepper and onion; sauté until vegetables are softened.
- Warm tortillas in the oven for a few minutes.
- Assemble tacos by placing chicken and vegetable mixture in tortillas and top with shredded cheese.
- Serve immediately.
