- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 4 cups potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, ham, potatoes, and shredded cheese.
- In another bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and potato mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add diced onions or bell peppers to the mixture.
- Using leftover rotisserie chicken can save time.
