- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 egg

- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, melt cream cheese and stir in mozzarella until melted and creamy.
- Pour the cheese sauce over the baked meatballs and serve warm.

- For added flavor, mix in some Italian seasoning.
- Serve with pasta or as a standalone dish.
