Ingredients

  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.
  4. Spread a small amount of the garlic butter mixture on each triangle.
  5. Add a small amount of mozzarella cheese to the wide end of each triangle.
  6. Roll the dough tightly from the wide end to the point.
  7. Place the rollups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the remaining garlic butter mixture over the top of each rollup.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
