- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken breasts, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and stir in the mozzarella cheese until melted.
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
- Spread a layer of sour cream on each tortilla, add the cheesy chicken mixture, and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly and place them seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until tortillas are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, add some hot sauce to the chicken mixture.
