  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken breasts, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and stir in the mozzarella cheese until melted.
  5. Warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
  6. Spread a layer of sour cream on each tortilla, add the cheesy chicken mixture, and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
  7. Wrap the tortillas tightly and place them seam side down on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until tortillas are golden brown.
